It just takes some time to set it up and then learn how to use it. I can train other emails that I don't want to go to the black hole box so I never see them again in the future without unsubscribing. Those are my primary three boxes, and I check those regularly. For my purposes, for example, I have my main inbox, and then I have a Sane Later box and a Sane News box. There is a bit of a learning curve, for sure, and it takes a while for you to figure out just how you personally would like to use it.
